This course aims to support employers to understand of the impact of domestic abuse in the workplace and to equip them with the next steps to ensure their workplace really is a ‘Safe Space’
The content of the course will set out the business case, enable employers to consider their workplace culture and to gain a greater level of understanding of how domestic abuse can impact in the workplace, who it can impact on and how. To have a greater understanding of the risks and the next steps to keep their staff safe. Attendees will receive PDF handouts to support their learning, a draft domestic abuse policy and a copy of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 Employers Statutory guidelines.
